General conditions of use of the site:
Use of the site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time. Site users are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.
All the information indicated on the site is given for information only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been made since they were put online.
Collection of personal data
The user authorizes JOYSER SERVICES, as data controller, to collect personal data concerning him while browsing the Site.
JOYSER SERVICES takes care to collect only data strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing implemented.
Some of the data collected is necessary and is indicated by an asterisk. In the event that the user refuses to communicate said data, JOYSER SERVICES reserves the right not to process his request.
The processing of personal data implemented within the framework of the Site is included in the processing list of the Data Protection Officer of JOYSER SERVICES.
The processing implemented responds to explicit, legitimate and determined purposes.
User data is processed mainly for the following purposes:
- Respond to user requests (quote request, information request, applications, sponsorship, etc.)
- Send commercial offers to prospects / customers
These purposes have been brought to the attention of the Data Protection Officer of Joyser Services who has incorporated them into his register.
The personal data of the user is intended for Joyser Services, the agencies of the Joyser Services network and the providers authorized to process this data.
User rights
The user has a right of access, rectification, erasure and the portability of data concerning him.
The user can also request the limitation of the processing of data concerning him or object to this processing.
Finally, the user has the right to define general and specific directives defining the manner in which he intends to exercise these rights after his death.
To exercise their rights, the user must contact the Joyser Services Data Protection Officer by email at office@joyser.lu accompanied by a copy of an identity document.
Sending commercial offers
By checking the box stipulating that the user authorizes Joyser Services to propose commercial offers to him, Joyser Services is likely to send the user commercial offers by post, by electronic mail and to carry out telephone prospecting.
Opposition to receiving commercial offers
The user can, at any time and without charge, oppose the sending of commercial offers relating to the services offered by Joyser Services by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each commercial prospecting email.
Data retention
Joyser Services only stores the user’s personal data for the time necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force.
- Customer data is kept for a period of 2 years from the date of payment of the last invoice by the customer without prejudice to conservation obligations or limitation periods
- Data relating to prospects is kept for a period of 2 years from the last incoming contact with Joyser Services
- Data relating to candidates is kept for a period of 2 years from the last contact between the candidate and Joyser Services
- Cookies placed on the user’s terminal are kept for a period of 13 months from their 1st deposit in the user’s terminal equipment (following the expression of consent)
Cookies
A cookie stores information relating to the user’s navigation on the site (the pages you have visited, the date and time of the visit, etc.). This information is readable during future visits to the site but does not identify the user.
The user acknowledges being informed of this practice and authorizes Joyser Services to do so. In any event Joyser Services undertakes never to communicate the content of these “Cookies” to third parties, except in the event of legal requisition.

All of the elements of the site, in particular the texts, presentations, illustrations, photographs, trees and layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Joyser Services.
As such, their representations, reproductions, nestings, diffusions and reruns, partial or total, are prohibited in accordance with the provisions of article L. 122-4 of the Code of intellectual property. Anyone doing this without being able to justify a prior and express authorization from the holder of these rights incurs the penalties relating to the offense of counterfeiting provided for in Articles L. 335-2 et seq. Of the Intellectual Property Code.
Brands
The brands and logos contained on the site are registered by Joyser Services. As such, any person performing their representations, reproductions, nestings, broadcasts and reruns incurs the penalties provided for in articles L. 713-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
